Mark Yamada has over 30 years of investment experience as an analyst, portfolio manager and chief investment officer. Heading U.S. equities for Manulife Financial and his appointments as President of BGH Central Investment and Sun Life Investment Management Company have given Mark broad institutional money management experience.

As a principal in a firm managing alternative strategies (Andrew Sarlos & Associates) and as Managing Director of Guardian Capital Advisors LP (developing a high net worth capability), he developed an understanding for the unique needs of individual investors.

Bruce Hatt has been developing web sites since the early days of the World Wide Web. He has worked with many small companies, NGOs and large government organizations including Industry Canada and the Treasury Board. In 1996, Bruce founded a software company and created ID500®, a multi-tiered desktop application used by the Canadian Human Rights Commission, Public Works and Government Services Canada and taken over by the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions (OSFI). After several years with OSFI, he founded BasketFunds Corporation in 1999 which created web-based investment accounting and aggregation software. In 2003, Bruce joined Guardian Capital Advisors LP to manage the development of technology.

Bruce's formal education is in software engineering and information technology.

Ioulia Tretiakova has a Master of Science degree in Mathematics with a finance emphasis from the University of Toronto; a Chartered Financial Analyst designation (CFA) from the CFA Institute, Charlottesville, Virginia; Financial Risk Manager (FRM) designation from the Global Association of Risk Professionals Inc. (GARP), Jersey City, New Jersey.

Ioulia's work as a quantitative analyst, risk and style specialist at Guardian Capital Advisors LP, Toronto, and Alliance Capital Management LP, New York, combined with financial, quantitative and computer skills in modeling, portfolio construction, optimization, immunization, derivatives, and stochastic calculus gave her a disciplined foundation as an international equity portfolio manager and co-developer of a proprietary multi-factor equity management platform. Ioulia developed and implemented a tactical asset allocation capability using ETFs, among the first in North America.

Ioulia is the Director of Quantitative Strategies at PŮR.

Beyond administrative responsibilities, Pat has built upon her graphics arts background by developing web-based graphics and website management skills. She managed the website content for GCA LP.
